Bench program to verify functionalities and performances of some new Fortran 95 constructions.

It's mainly new intrinsic array functions which are tested. Among them : RESHAPE, DOT_PRODUCT, MATMUL, CSHIFT, EOSHIFT, TRANSFER, TRANSPOSE, RANDOM_NUMBER, and also the WHERE construct and array sections with subscript triplet (sections régulières).

For each of them we do a comparison with equivalent Fortran 77 constructions (DO loops or other functions) in order to verify:

1. their good working at the level of the numeric results,
2. their performance by way of CPU_TIME function.
