PMD_Schur_Precond_1DD - Preconditions the Schur matrix.
CALL PMD_Schur_Precond_1DD(Comm=comm, Schur=schur, Method=method)
<IN> comm : PMD handel of type PMD_Comm_1D or PMD_Comm_2D.
<IN> schur : Schur handel of type PMD_R4_Schur or PMD_R8_Schur.
<OUT> method : Preconditionner and iterative method handel of type PMD_R4_PCG_Jacobi or
PMD_R8_PCG_Jacobi or PMD_R4_BICG_Jacobi or PMD_R8_BICG_Jacobi.
Up to now, only a parallel Jacobi preconditionning can be performed.

PMD_Schur_Precond_1DD builds the Jacobi preconditionner of the Schur operator. There is no restrictions on the total process number in contrast with the PMD_Schur_Factor_1DD routine.
