IDRIS support presents "Panoram'IA": a monthly live video magazine covering the latest scientific and technical news in AI. The live stream and replays are available on our YouTube channel "Un oeil sur l'IDRIS": https://www.youtube.com/@idriscnrs. The following sessions will take place on 15/03/2024 and 05/04/2024.

• GPU_P2 partition back in production

The GPU_P2 partition, which was taken out of production on 05/02, is now operational again. It is now accessible to all users who have requested V100 hours on Jean Zay, regardless of their thematic committee. As a reminder, this partition consists of 31 nodes, each containing 24 Intel Cascade Lake CPU cores (384 GB or 768 GB) and 8 V100 32GB GPUs: http://www.idris.fr/jean-zay/cpu/jean-zay-cpu-hw.html#gpu_p2.

"AI for Science Bootcamp" at IDRIS on 23 May 2024 - Only a few days left to register

We remind you that the "AI for Science Bootcamp" organised by IDRIS in collaboration with NVIDIA will take place on 23 May 2024 in person at IDRIS. It will be delivered in English.

This bootcamp aims to provide a step-by-step overview of the fundamental concepts of deep learning, to enable participants to build and improve deep learning models through practical exercises based on a framework using the fundamental laws of physics to model the behaviour of complex systems.

Please note that the second edition of the Deep Learning for Science Day, co-organised by FIDLE, IDRIS and the PNRIA, will take place the following day, Friday 24 May 2024, at the Grand Auditorium of the CNRS, Paris Michel-Ange.

We remind you that the AI for Science Bootcamp organized by IDRIS together with NVIDIA will be held on May 23rd 2024 on site at IDRIS.

This bootcamp provides a step-by-step overview of the fundamentals of deep neural networks, walks attendees through the hands-on experience of building and improving deep learning models using a framework that uses the fundamental laws of physics to model the behavior of complex systems.

Please note that the second edition of the “Journée Deep Learning pour la Science”, organized by FIDLE, IDRIS and the PNRIA, will take place on May 24th 2024, at the “Grand Auditorium” of CNRS headquarters (Paris Michel-Ange).

HPC and AI GPU Hackathon at IDRIS - Only a few days left to register

We remind you that the HPC and AI GPU 2024 Hackathon organised jointly by IDRIS and NVIDIA will be held on 18 March (remotely) and from 25 to 27 April 2023 (on-site at IDRIS).

The application deadline is 24 January 2024.

To better adapt the content of the IPDL training to the needs and levels of participants, this training has been split into two consecutive courses:
