Exceptional closure of the IDRIS help desk
The IDRIS help desk will be exceptionally closed on Wednesday, December 24th, Friday, December 26th and Monday, December 29th, 2025.
Therefore, there will be no help service on these dates and requests could be sent to the usual address but will only be processed from Tuesday, December 30th.
The user administrative management service remains open on these dates. You can therefore contact for any request relating to the management of your computing account (password reset, adding connection IP address, etc.).
