Controlling IDRIS Support Team access to your account
The IDRIS support team has the possibility of accessing your account in order to assist you in resolving a problem for which you have contacted them.
However, you may block this authorisation by creating a .noassist file at your user directory root on each of the servers on which you have an account. (Example: Execute the touch ~/.noassist command.)
As a result, if you later wish to request assistance from the Support Team, you must remember to delete the .noassist file before making the request.
