******************************************************************** Flash Info de l'IDRIS n°2026-01 (13/01/2026) ******************************************************************** Bootcamp analyse de performance GPU HPC et IA le 10 février 2026 -------------------------------------------------------------------- L'IDRIS organise, conjointement avec NVIDIA et l'organisation OpenACC, un bootcamp sur l'analyse de performance GPU HPC et IA le 10 février en ligne. Il sera donné en anglais. Ce bootcamp vise à donner les bases de l'analyse de performance et de l'optimisation de code sur GPU via un mélange de cours et de travaux pratiques qui vous permettront notamment de prendre en main les outils NVIDIA Nsight Systems et Nsight Compute. Deux sessions parallèles de travaux pratiques sont prévues, l'une ciblée sur l'optimisation des codes de calcul haute performance et l'autre sur celles des codes d'intelligence artificielle. Les sessions de travaux pratiques auront lieu sur des ressources de calcul fournies par NVIDIA. Il n'est pas nécessaire d'avoir un compte à l'IDRIS pour participer. Le bootcamp vous permettra également de découvrir la nouvelle architecture NVIDIA Grace Blackwell NVL72 qui équipe notamment la machine prototype DALIA récemment installée à l'IDRIS. This bootcamp provides an overview of profiling and code optimization on GPU through a mix of lectures and hands-on sessions which will in particular allow you to familiarize yourself with the NVIDIA profiling tools Nsight Systems and Nsight Compute. There will be two parallel hands-on sessions, one focusing on optimizing high performance computing codes and the other on optimizing artificial intelligence codes. The hands-on sessions will take place on computing resources provided by NVIDIA. You can attend the bootcamp even if you do not have an IDRIS account. The bootcamp will also be the occasion to discover the new NVIDIA Grace Blackwell NVL72 architecture which powers the prototype machine DALIA recently installed at IDRIS.
